Flower Shop Salesperson

We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team at REWE. As a Florist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating beautiful floral arrangements to meet the needs of our customers.

• Purchase and maintain a high-quality inventory of flowers, plants, and floral supplies.
• Design and create visually appealing floral arrangements and displays.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on flower and plant care, as well as recommend products and services.
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the floral department.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in floral design or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail floristry environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
