We are seeking an experienced Application Lifecycle Management Consultant to contribute to our projects at proficom GmbH. Our firm specializes in digital transformation and IT process optimization, catering to a wide array of clients, including established corporations and innovative startups. We are committed to providing tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

- Assist in gathering requirements and modeling business processes
- Facilitate knowledge sharing regarding ALM tools and contemporary quality assurance practices
- Engage in the full DevOps lifecycle, from initial planning through to operational execution
- Utilize various automation and ALM platforms, including Micro Focus ALM, Jira, UFT, among others
- At least three years of experience in Quality Assurance and ALM frameworks
- Proficient technical, analytical, and communication abilities
- Experience in client presentations and involvement in pre-sales discussions
- Leadership experience in managing testing teams is advantageous
