Job Responsibilities
- Conduct microbiological testing on food and beverages to ensure quality and safety.
- Prepare agar plates, conduct colony counts, and assess results to identify potential contaminants.
- Perform bacterial identification using advanced technologies such as Real-Time PCR to ensure accurate results.
- Utilize biochemical and molecular methods for identification purposes to provide comprehensive analysis.
Qualifications
- Completed training as a Biologielaborant*in or equivalent, with a strong foundation in microbiology and laboratory techniques.
- Prior experience in related tasks, such as laboratory testing and analysis, is preferred.
- Meticulous handling of samples and reagents is essential to ensure accurate results.
- Proficiency in German (B2 level) and English is required to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
