About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support professional to join our team at DIS AG in Düsseldorf. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide administrative assistance to our sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Process and follow up on customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide technical support.
  • Prepare and send out free samples and product information to customers.
  • Act as a liaison between the head office and sales team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Commercial or equivalent education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Able to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
