About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our Global Procurement function at ESL FACEIT Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading purchasing projects, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to drive business growth and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing Projects:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and plan purchasing projects.
    • Prepare necessary documents and identify potential suppliers.
    • Execute sourcing processes and compare proposals to support decision-making.
    • Finalize negotiations and contracts with selected suppliers.
  • Supplier Management:
    • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
    • Monitor and improve supplier performance, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
    • Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
  • Procurement Process Enhancements:
    • Analyze and enhance procurement processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
    • Implement new technologies and manage change effectively.
    • Promote continuous improvement and document best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Receiving Audit:
    • Conduct audits of received goods to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
    • Review documentation and vendor performance, and resolve any discrepancies found during the audit.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business (Finance preferred).
  • Experience: 3 years in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, proficient in IT, especially Excel and project management software, strong analytical and financial skills, experience in supplier/supply chain management, and ability to work in an international, culturally diverse environment.
