As a Machine Learning Specialist / Software Developer (m/f/d) in Customer Support, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing innovative software solutions for complex data analysis
• Continuously enhancing data and software quality
• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data
• Creating predictive models to optimize business processes, maintenance recommendations, and machine downtimes
• Actively participating in the digital transformation of business processes and production facilities through artificial intelligence in leading companies.

• You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• You have initial experience in data analysis and modeling
• You are proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and others
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate a goal-oriented work style along with good communication skills
• Fluency in German and English is required
• You are willing to travel occasionally for work
