We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Accountant to join our team at Bergman Germany HoldCo GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS.
• Account Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, optimize financial performance, and provide insights to management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to provide financial guidance and support.

• Qualifications: Certified Accountant (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification, with a strong background in financial accounting and taxation.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of financial management and analysis.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language: Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
