Gain valuable insights into a prominent German mechanical engineering firm operating in the wood sector, engaging in international projects, technical advancements, and production processes.
• In the Technical Documentation division, your primary role will involve assisting in the digital transformation of documentation, enhancing the leading editorial platform SCHEMA ST4, and refining and standardizing content across all WEINIG locations.

Your Profile

• Pursuing studies in Technical Writing/Communication, Information Management, Communication Sciences, or a similar discipline.
• Strong enthusiasm for digital media and a digital workspace, along with a keen interest in standardization and technology.
• Self-reliant, proactive, organized, and results-driven with exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
• Enthusiastic about emerging technologies, adept at structuring both new and existing information, and possessing a general interest in digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities

• Inputting content related to WEINIG machinery into the SCHEMA ST4 editorial platform.
• Evaluating existing content in accordance with editorial standards.
• Reviewing HTML outputs of operating manuals and potentially enhancing them with your innovative ideas.
• Tasks can also be performed in a mobile office environment.
