Are you seeking a stimulating and varied position in the realm of Robotic Process Automation and UiPath development? Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Solution Development: Architect and validate solutions aimed at automating complex workflows using UiPath.
  • Quality Control: Guarantee that our solutions adhere to the highest quality benchmarks and assist your peers in enhancing our development methodologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with our business units to identify new automation prospects.
  • Mentorship & Advisory: Impart your expertise and guide your colleagues on quality assurance and automation practices. You will play a vital role in disseminating knowledge and best practices.
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement Agile/SCRUM and DevOps practices in your work.
Qualifications:
  • Languages: Proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level)
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience: At least 3 - 4 years of experience in UiPath or other RPA development. Familiarity with software version control systems (GIT, TFS, etc.)
  • Team-Oriented: Self-driven, organized, and possessing strong communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming (C#, Java, or Python preferred)
  • Experience in test automation, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning
