DIE ROLLE

Das TAM Expansion Alliance und das New Ventures Tribe suchen einen erfahrenen Produktmanagement-Profi für die Position des Senior Product Managers für The Pets Table. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die vollständige Verantwortung für das Kundenerlebnis von The Pets Table, einschließlich Abonnements, Essensauswahl und Bestellung, Kundenbindung und Engagement. Darüber hinaus leiten Sie die Entwicklung der New Ventures Backend. Diese Position ermöglicht es Ihnen, einen direkten Einfluss auf das Wachstum und den Erfolg unserer am schnellsten wachsenden Marke - The Pets Table - zu haben.

Sie werden die Entwicklung innovativer Backend-Dienste leiten, die einzigartige Erlebnisse im gesamten New Ventures-Bereich unterstützen. Dazu gehört, ein tiefes, datengestütztes Verständnis für die Probleme und Motivationen der Kunden zu entwickeln und gleichzeitig ein Experte für die Bedürfnisse der vierbeinigen Begleiter der Kunden zu werden. Dieses Wissen wird in einzigartige digitale Produkte und Dienstleistungen umgesetzt. Gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanager für The Pets Table, der Ihnen unterstellt ist, und dem MD von The Pets Table sind Sie verantwortlich für das weitere Wachstum und den Erfolg des Unternehmens.

Die Rolle erfordert Führungserfahrung in der Ausbildung und Betreuung weniger erfahrener Produktmanager, um deren Erfolg und Fachkenntnisse im Produktmanagement zu fördern. Als individueller Beitragender wird von Ihnen erwartet, dass Sie die langfristige Vision definieren, datengestützte mehrjährige Fahrpläne erstellen und die technische Umsetzung neuer Funktionen zusammen mit den Teams in Ihrem Bereich - The Pets Table und New Ventures Backend - verantworten. Sie werden Stakeholder und Bedürfnisse über verschiedene Marken hinweg abstimmen, um grundlegende Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung des gemeinsamen Wachstums durch ein robustes Backend-Backlog und eine Strategie bereitzustellen. In dieser strategischen Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit Ihrem interdisziplinären Team, kommerziellen Stakeholdern und der Unternehmensführung zusammen, um die richtigen Investitionen für die kommenden Jahre zu steuern.

  • Vision und Innovation: Entwickeln und setzen Sie eine langfristige Vision für das digitale Erlebnis von The Pets Table um - ein zentrales Element des gesamten Bereichs bei HelloFresh.
  • Grundlegende Strategie: Entdecken, definieren, abstimmen und sicherstellen, dass wichtige Backend-Investitionen geliefert werden, die einzigartige Erlebnisse über neue vertikale Marken hinweg unterstützen.
  • Datenverantwortung: Übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für wichtige Eingangsmetriken in Bezug auf Akquisition, Engagement und Bindung, die direkt den P&L der Marke beeinflussen.
  • Fahrplan und Umsetzung: Führen Sie Ihren Produktfahrplan zusammen mit einem interdisziplinären Team von Ingenieuren, Produktdesignern, Forschern, Produktanalysten und wichtigen Geschäftspartnern gemäß Ihren Strategien und Visionen aus.
  • Entdecken und Innovieren: Arbeiten Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit der CX-Strategie, der Unternehmensführung und dem Management daran, neue Möglichkeiten zu entdecken, um den Kunden brandneue Dienstleistungen anzubieten und schnell neue digitale Produkte auf den Markt zu bringen.
  • Fachliche Führung: Betreuen Sie jüngere Kollegen und helfen Sie, das Niveau des Produktmanagements bei HelloFresh zu heben.
  • Wachstum von New Ventures bei HelloFresh unterstützen: Seien Sie Teil des Führungsteams für New Ventures & Ecosystem's Tribe bei HelloFresh und helfen Sie, die Zukunft der gesamten HelloFresh-Gruppe zu gestalten.
