Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Crytek is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Frankfurt or remotely. As a key member of our NetOps department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online services.
Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure
- Develop and maintain automated deployment and monitoring scripts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of new features
- Provide technical documentation and support for systems and game logic
- Assist in process and policy development and documentation
- Operate and maintain a dynamic, highly available environment
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar
- Proficient in Linux administration
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery
- Experience with network security
- Experience with automated deployment
- Experience working with bare metal and cloud servers
- Experience working with automation tools like Ansible and observability tooling like OpenTelemetry and Grafana
- Experience managing high-traffic servers, including scaling, profiling, debugging, and stress testing
- Solid understanding of the full web technology stack
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in setting-up monitoring for online applications
- Great English communication and writing skills
