EHS Governance Manager

Novelis is a global leader in innovative products and services, and we are seeking an experienced EHS Governance Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement EHS roadmaps and strategies for our European operations.
- Streamline audit systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the quality of EHS performance measurement systems and promote digitalization.
- Develop and implement emergency plans and ensure timely updates and communication.
- Drive efficiency and best practices in accident prevention strategies.
- Propose and implement EHS skill matrices and conduct training programs.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Management Systems, project management, and driving improvements.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and specialized skills in EHS relevant areas.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work at different levels of hierarchy.
- Team player with high self-motivation and assertiveness.
- Distinct analytical skills, system and process thinking, and affinity for tools and data.
- Fluent English and German language skills.
