Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior M&A Manager to lead and manage our M&A projects, working closely with clients, targets, and consultants to achieve successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage M&A projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, targets, and consultants, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and review transaction documents, financial models, and valuations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage key project factors, including due diligence and negotiations, to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Keep the Managing Director informed of project progress and potential bottlenecks, ensuring timely involvement and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential clients, targets, and transactions, driving business growth and opportunities.
Requirements
  • University degree or above in economics, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate M&A, or private equity, with a proven track record of successful transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic analysis, financial assessment, and valuation/pricing.
  • Established networks within the M&A industry, including investment banks, law firms, accounting firms, and private equity houses.
  • Proficient language skills in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Initiative, leadership qualities, assertiveness, high work ethic, and strong team orientation.
  • Conscientious, dedicated, independent, and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
