Wir suchen einen engagierten Retail Marketing Specialist, der unsere Markenpräsenz gemeinsam mit einem Team in Berlin bei unseren Retailpartnern ausbauen und weiterentwickeln möchte.

Aufgaben
  • Als Retail Marketing Specialist spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, unsere Markenpräsenz zu stärken und unsere Marketingstrategien im Einzelhandel zu optimieren.
  • Marktforschung: Analysiere den Markt und die Wettbewerbslandschaft, um fundierte Empfehlungen für Marketinginitiativen abzugeben.
  • Berichterstattung und Analyse: Du beobachtest und analysierst stetig die Marktbewegung und leitest für unsere Teams spannende Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Entwickle hierzu wirkungsvolle Marketing-Maßnahmen. Erstelle Berichte über den Erfolg unserer Marketingkampagnen und leite daraus Empfehlungen für Verbesserungen ab.
  • Briefing- und Konzepterstellung: In Form von Briefings unterstützt du unser Retail- und Marketingteam dabei, Leitfäden für das passgenaue Marketing unserer Retailpartner in den Stores zu entwickeln.
  • Promotionmanagement mit unseren Retail-Partnern: Koordiniere Werbeaktionen, Verkaufsaktionen und Sonderangebote, um unsere Produkte zu fördern und den Umsatz im Handel anzukurbeln.
  • Kreativität kommt hier nicht zu kurz: Du wirst zudem für die Gestaltung von Marketing-Materialien für Markteinführungen (z.B. Neuheiten-Sales-Präsentationen, POS-Materialien und online Assets) und der generellen Markenaktivierung behilflich sein.
  • Einzelhandelsbeziehungen: Pflege Beziehungen zu unseren Einzelhandelspartnern und arbeite mit ihnen zusammen, um Marketingaktionen und -aktivitäten in ihren Geschäften zu planen und umzusetzen.
Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Retail Marketing und hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen.
  • Du bist ein analytischer Denker mit einem ausgeprägten Gespür für Trends und Marktentwicklungen.
  • Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sind deine Stärken.
  • Mastery of the German language is essential.
