Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Certification Engineer specializing in Medical Robotics. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that medical robotic products comply with relevant legal standards and regulations. You will work closely with clients to facilitate the certification process, ensuring their products are safe for use in medical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret standards, processes, and procedures pertinent to the certification of medical robots.
- Offer expert technical advice to clients regarding the requirements and procedures for medical robotics certification.
- Evaluate medical robotic systems and associated test data to verify compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients throughout the certification journey.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews and independent assessments to uphold the integrity of certification programs for medical robots.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to certification activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in robotics, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the certification of medical devices or robotic systems.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess complex technical information.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in the field of medical robotics certification.
- Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
