Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics CRM to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing our CRM customer systems and environments in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and implement CRM customer systems and environments in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of CRM solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and internal teams on CRM system development and optimization.
  • Support the DevOps team in the development and ongoing optimization of CRM environments.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in designing, planning, and implementing CRM systems in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or CRM modules and/or Power Platform/Automate.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals CRM) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.
