About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Positec Germany GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales process in Germany, collaborating closely with sales teams, defining sales targets, standardizing processes, and creating reports to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency and productivity.
  • HubSpot CRM Implementation: Lead the implementation and management of the HubSpot CRM tool in Germany, ensuring seamless integration with our sales processes.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create and analyze reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales operations, CRM implementation, and sales strategy development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
