About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Toleranzmanagement Engineer to join our team at RLE INTERNATIONAL Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for conducting precision engineering tasks and managing external resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform demand-driven 1D calculations and manage external resources
• Develop tolerance concepts for multiple vehicle series
• Design precise alignment concepts and establish tolerance specifications in collaboration with partners
• Analyze problem statements and develop optimization solutions
• Organize interdisciplinary working groups with participants from all areas of the process chain

About You

We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field. You should have experience as a Toleranzmanagement Engineer and possess in-depth knowledge of engineering tools such as Engineering Client, Smaragd, and MS Office, as well as a common simulation software.
