Job Title: Director Marketing EMEA m/f/d

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Marketing EMEA m/f/d to join our team at JOTEC GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Artivion, Inc.

Your Strength:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in the medical device industry, with a minimum of 7 years in a marketing/sales role
  • Direct team management experience and strong leadership skills
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks while being flexible with the needs of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the work calendar
Your Contribution:
  • Maintain a functional and motivated team by hiring talent, coaching, and developing team members
  • Accomplish team results by collaborative development of goals, setting expectations, prioritizations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Develop robust launch plans across multiple functional areas and geographies for new product/indications and marketing campaign launches
  • Lead/support upstream marketing activities for new products/projects while collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams
