We are seeking a Regional Technical Manager (m/f/d) for our operations, with a preference for candidates based in the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the efficient production of concrete products while holding personnel accountability
- Ensure alignment with company objectives through collaboration with Regional Management and the Production Director
- Drive continuous improvements in productivity across our manufacturing facilities
- Manage budgets for necessary investments and maintenance activities
- Lead and mentor plant production managers
- Guarantee adherence to relevant work, safety, personnel planning, and environmental regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Completed technical training or a degree in a relevant technical field
- Proven experience in an industrial manufacturing setting, ideally within the construction materials sector and concrete production
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on implementation and decisiveness
- Knowledge of occupational safety regulations or certification as a safety specialist is a plus
- Proficient in English, with experience in SAP and standard Microsoft Office applications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to collaborate effectively within the organization. Willingness to travel is essential.
