Mammotome is a global leader in breast cancer diagnostics and surgical solutions. As the EMEA Service Lead, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting for capital equipment issues, while driving overall department efficiency and performance.

This position is part of the Global Service Organization located in Quickborn, Germany and will be on-site. You will be responsible for executing daily operations, EH&S projects, and partnering with management to make improvements to the overall operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize daily management activities and KPIs to monitor progress and continuously improve service center operations and operational efficiencies.
  • Help to define and execute project scope, goals, and deliverables in coordination with management and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and support the execution of Environmental Health and Safety projects for service in support of site goals.
  • Effectively and efficiently conduct repairs in accordance with prescribed repair procedures.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in engineering, technology, or business is required.
  • Several years' experience in a service or manufacturing environment required.
  • Knowledge with ERP systems required with specific proficiency in SAP preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking initiative and concern for planning, time utilization, and cost containment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal combined with strong leadership skills and the ability to gain followership and drive results through setting expectations and building a results-driven culture.
  • Action-oriented individual who is highly proactive at solving problems, working collaboratively, and obtaining results.
  • 10% travel with a mix of domestic and international locations.
  • Fluent in German and in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the medical device industry and familiarity with FDA-regulated environments would be a plus.
