Job Title: Crypto Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced Crypto Compliance Officer to ensure our compliance with regulatory requirements in the cryptocurrency sector. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of KYC, AML, and CTF regulations and be able to develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with national and international regulations in the cryptocurrency sector
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks for the company
  • Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate changes in cryptocurrency laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate compliance measures into business processes and systems
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of the company's compliance program
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of work experience in a Crypto Compliance Officer role
  • Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
  • In-depth knowledge of KYC, AML, and CTF regulations as they apply to cryptocurrencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
