International Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an International Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in international markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including distributors and end-users, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, working closely with our product management team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer data, pricing, and sales information in our ERP system.

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical or business degree and/or equivalent experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the lubricants industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus.
  • High level of travel required, including overnight stays, and a valid driver's license.
