The Teamleitung Gynäkologie is a key position in our hospital, responsible for the planning and coordination of nursing care in the gynecology department. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care and documentation, as well as providing support to the nursing staff.

• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team
• Coordinate and organize the provision of nursing care, including staffing and resource allocation
• Ensure the quality of nursing care and documentation, including patient records and reports
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

• Completed education as a healthcare professional (m/f/d)
• Completed training as a team leader or willingness to pursue this training
• First leadership experience is desirable
• High level of communication and social skills
• Economic thinking and acting, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
• Proof of immunization against measles
