We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pflegefachkraft/ Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (w/m/d) to join our team in the Herzkatheterlabor department.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for procedures, coordinating with the ambulatory and inpatient sectors.
- Monitor patients after procedures, adhering to established standards.
- Coordinate patient discharge, ensuring a smooth transition to the next level of care.
Your Profile:
- Completed education as a Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger or Pflegefachmann (w/m/d).
- Clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a passion for interprofessional collaboration.
- Proficiency in clinical hospital information systems and MS Office applications.
- Adaptability and openness to new healthcare concepts and ideas.
- Excellent social skills for interacting with patients and their families.
