Within our Marketing division, the Community & Content team serves as a vital link between Native Instruments, our internal teams, and our global community of music creators. Our objective is to facilitate the growth of producers by fostering community engagement and providing inspiration, support, and connection. We celebrate musical creativity while promoting our brand and products.

We are currently seeking a Working Student (all genders) to assist in enhancing our editorial initiatives. This role involves uploading, editing, and optimizing blog content for Native Instruments and iZotope, contributing to the expansion of our publication channels. Enrollment in a German university is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Content Management: Oversee the upload of blog articles to WordPress and Ibexa CMS, ensuring accurate formatting, spelling, grammar, and appropriate tagging/categorization.
  • Editorial Review: Refine blog content for grammatical accuracy, stylistic consistency, and SEO enhancement, upholding the voice and quality standards of Native Instruments.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work alongside the content team to brainstorm and develop captivating content ideas that resonate with our company objectives and audience interests.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate blog performance metrics to propose enhancements and new content strategies informed by data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interest in blog and editorial strategy as well as content marketing.
  • Experience in writing and editing blogs, along with familiarity with content management systems (preferably WordPress and Ibexa).
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about music production, audio engineering, DJing, or related disciplines (experience with Native Instruments, iZotope, or Plugin Alliance products is a plus).
