Wir suchen einen motivierten Retail Performance Coach & Sales Specialist (m/w/d) im Vertriebsbereich für einen angesehenen Automobilhersteller in Deutschland.

Ihre Aufgaben

Zusammenarbeit mit Einzelhändlern

  • Unterstützung der Verkaufsziele durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften der Einzelhandelsunternehmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Standards und Service Level Agreements in den Einzelhandelsgeschäften
  • Förderung der operativen Exzellenz zur Maximierung von Qualität und Effizienz
  • Initiierung nationaler und lokaler Kampagnen zur Kundengewinnung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen
  • Analyse der Handelsleistung jedes Einzelhändlers zur Sicherstellung der Verkaufsziele

Personalentwicklung im Einzelhandel

  • Sicherstellung der Motivation und Fähigkeit des Einzelhändlerteams zur Umsetzung des Handelsmodells
  • Förderung der Fähigkeiten des Handelsteams zur Schaffung einer Verkaufskultur

Verkaufstätigkeit

  • Durchführung von Verkaufsbesuchen zur Stärkung der Kundenbeziehungen
  • Präsentation von Vorschlägen und Überwindung von Einwänden zur Gewinnung von Verkaufszusagen
  • Rückmeldung an Einzelhändler über Ergebnisse und Anforderungen von Verkaufsgesprächen
  • Unterstützung der wichtigsten Kunden im Namen des Unternehmens
  • Dokumentation von Händler- und Kundenbesuchen auf der MSXI CRM-Plattform
  • Messung und Berichterstattung der Verkaufsergebnisse
  • Erstellung und Präsentation von Verkaufsinformationen für Einzelhändler und Programmmanagement

Ihr Profil

Unser idealer Retail Performance Coach & Sales Specialist (m/w/d) ist ein hervorragender Kommunikator mit Erfahrung im Teilehandel und starken Fähigkeiten in der Kundenbeziehung und Zusammenarbeit mit Einzelhändlern.

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie folgende Qualifikationen mitbringen:

  • Ausgezeichnete Coaching- und Verkaufsförderungsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, andere zu motivieren und zu beeinflussen
  • Hervorragende Präsentations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in IT-Plattformen und MS Office
  • Selbstständigkeit und nachweisliche Erfolge im Teilehandel
