Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and represent the Store Manager in a dynamic retail environment
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our premium lifestyle brand, promoting our values and mission
  • Motivate and develop team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Onboard and train new employees to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality customer experience
  • Ensure efficient store operations, including inventory management and store layout
  • Utilize Omni-Channel systems to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and personalized interactions
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail leadership or management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business results
  • Passion for sales and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Good English language skills and proficiency in PC software
