Marketing Manager K2 Skis Europe Job Description

Elevate Outdoor Collective is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the European marketing strategy for K2 Skis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives consumer engagement and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of the European go-to-market plan based on global guidelines.
  • Create and implement a digital advertising and communication plan that aligns with global program objectives.
  • Coordinate the annual marketing/promo calendar with European markets to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure the best possible campaign tools are in place to cover all relevant consumer touchpoints.
  • Adapt category and brand communication content to maximize consumer impact for relevant channels.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead communication on key account and buying group activation plans.
  • Support sales team with development and production of sales collateral materials.
  • Identify and fulfill all retail marketing and promotional requests.
  • Create consumer activation plans to support engagement between brand and consumer.
  • Manage public relation efforts, including press releases, product reviews, and editor relations.
  • Set up and execute performance marketing plans to support DTC business.
  • Drive annual budget planning and execute precise budget management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Ability to ski competently in all conditions.
  • Strong understanding of the skiing culture, market, and lifestyle.
  • Work history in ski or related sports industries.
  • Excellent work ethic and enthusiasm.
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and Adobe products.
  • Strong understanding of DTC marketing and sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English, with German a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
