Job Title: Engineering TechnicianLocation: Wiesbaden, Germany

As an experienced engineering technician, you will plan, complete, and perform complex project assignments in the area of mechanical/electrical engineering design. You will work on rehabilitation, major repair, alteration, specification, and construction of projects in all mechanical/electrical engineering disciplines. Your work will be comparable to professional engineering work and requires long years of subject matter experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, complete, and perform complex project assignments in mechanical/electrical engineering design
  • Work on rehabilitation, major repair, alteration, specification, and construction of projects in all mechanical/electrical engineering disciplines
  • Perform analytical studies, requiring initiative, resourcefulness, creativity, and sound engineering judgment
  • Coordinate designs with engineers and technicians of other engineering disciplines
  • Review work requests and other basic material, study existing plans, and perform field investigations
Requirements:
  • Meister Diploma or Staatlich geprüfter Techniker in a trades or crafts field directly related to the position
  • 2 years of job-related experience as defined below
  • Advanced journeyman trades and crafts experience that provided intensive knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, methods, and precedents
Language Proficiency:

English Language Proficiency level B2 and German Language Proficiency level C1 required
