As a Senior Specialist Expediting, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of components for large EPC/EPCM projects. Your technical understanding, material knowledge, and strong communication skills will be key to success in this challenging position.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Track the timely submission of contractually agreed deliverables from suppliers
  • Coordinate closely with the engineering team to ensure project progress
  • Develop and enforce solutions to secure endangered delivery dates
  • Evaluate material deadline lists, production plans, and progress reports
  • Desk track and conduct on-site supplier visits to review project progress
  • Secure delivery dates for technical and commercial documents
  • Manage interfaces between internal and external trades, including reporting
