About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Developer to join our team at JAB ANSTOETZ Group. As a key member of our IT Application Management team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of our SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform process analysis, definition, and optimization of business processes in collaboration with key users from various departments.
  • Design and implement custom solutions in ABAP (OO) to meet specific business requirements.
  • Conduct customizing adjustments and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Support key user testing and rollouts, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Document technical developments and business processes in our knowledge management system.
  • Lead process redesign efforts as part of our transition from SAP ERP to S/4HANA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business models and drive innovation.
  • Provide technical support for project management and contribute to the development of new business processes.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP and/or ABAP Objects.
  • Customizing or process knowledge in one of the SAP modules (SD, LE, MM, WM, or PP) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, as well as basic business acumen.
  • Ability to think analytically and abstractly.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on precision and teamwork.
