Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Garden and Landscape Gardener to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing individual garden and landscape projects, taking into account customer preferences and ecological considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement garden and landscape projects, including the selection and procurement of plants, trees, and other materials
  • Install and maintain outdoor features such as patios, walkways, walls, and water features
  • Provide regular maintenance and upkeep of gardens and outdoor spaces, including pruning, weeding, and fertilizing
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in garden and landscape design and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Completed training or apprenticeship in horticulture or a related field
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to obtain a commercial driver's license (Class C1) for heavy equipment operation
  • Knowledge and experience with garden and landscape equipment and tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
