Your Mission:
Become a pivotal member of the Global Algorithms & Software Semiconductor Mask Solutions team, where your advanced algorithms will process vast amounts of image data efficiently. This capability is crucial for enhancing the performance of our sophisticated photomask systems, which are vital for producing flawless microchips.
Your ResponsibilitiesOur cutting-edge measurement systems for semiconductor lithography demand exceptional measurement performance, primarily achieved through top-tier optical components. Your challenge will be to overcome the accuracy limits imposed by manufacturing tolerances through innovative measurement processes.
You will develop precise measurement processes in collaboration with expert teams. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from conceptual design to implementation and performance assessment. The success of optical product performance will be your achievement. You will continuously expand your internal network and maintain close relationships with our clients.

As a senior member of the team, you will facilitate knowledge sharing, lead complex development projects, and influence the technological strategies of our organization.
Qualifications- Expertise in optical metrology, calibration, and tuning
- Extensive hands-on experience with complex measurement systems
- Background in optical simulations or optics design
- Strong experience in system specifications and error budgeting
- Proficient programming skills in Python or similar languages
- A genuine passion for independently solving complex challenges, both individually and collaboratively
- Proficient in German (B2 or above) and English
