Aerospace Liaison Specialist

Key Responsibilities

As a Liaison Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the technical liaison team for our eVTOL aircraft, ensuring seamless communication between Production and Engineering teams.

  • Hold approval signature authority for dispositions and modifications
  • Act as the voice of Production to Engineering and vice-versa
  • Investigate and create solutions for non-conformances and concessions
  • Interpret engineering drawings and facilitate correction of errors
  • Balance competing needs and requirements to resolve technical solutions
  • Develop solutions to a variety of problems following established Company Processes
  • Utilize 3D models, assemblies, and installations to inform technical decisions
  • Maintain records of engineering drawings and documents
  • Provide technical consultation and drawing interpretation to all areas of the manufacturing facility
  • Ensure compliance and standards are met
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering
  • Solid work aviation experience, with a strong preference for experience in Liaison teams or similar
  • Understanding of OEM Engineering Organisations
  • Knowledge of CAD tools (Siemens NX) and PDM/PLM systems (Teamcenter or equivalent)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
  • Excellent initiative and judgment to make recommendations for improvements
  • Ability to work well with others in different departments
  • Fluent English language skills and good German language skills
