We are seeking an Operations Performance Excellence Manager to spearhead the execution of strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technological initiatives within the Amazon Freight Program (AFP) across Europe.
This pivotal role within AFP Operations is tasked with identifying and bridging gaps between teams, processes, and systems. You will play a crucial role in minimizing risks associated with traditional failure modes while ensuring that the AFP program consistently enhances service quality, capacity, and cost efficiency within the EU Surface Transportation network.
The Operations Excellence Manager will concentrate on creating frameworks that promote top-tier operational performance throughout the AFP program and in collaboration with the broader Relay Supply and Performance (RSP) teams in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and project management.
- Deliver presentations to executive leadership.
- Implement mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project and stakeholder management, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, resourcefulness, and a customer-centric approach.
You should be a proactive individual with a high degree of autonomy, capable of driving results and building trust with various stakeholder teams across Europe. A solid understanding of commercial dynamics and vendor management experience is essential. This role may require travel across the EU.
