Cost Estimator for Civil Engineering Projects

We are seeking a Cost Estimator (m/f/d) to enhance our capabilities

Our client, a well-established construction firm with decades of expertise, is in search of a dedicated professional to fulfill the role of Cost Estimator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging with prospective clients
  • Autonomous management and estimation of projects
  • Creation of tailored and alternative proposals
  • Involvement in procurement and contract discussions
  • Overseeing project initiation and execution planning
  • Assisting project management through all stages
  • Preparation of follow-up estimates
  • Monitoring costs and budgets, including retrospective assessments
Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience in project acquisition and estimation, particularly in specialized foundation work
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on results
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver's license
  • Fluency in the German language
