HR Specialist Position at TPI Composites Germany GmbH

TPI Composites Germany GmbH, a leading manufacturer of composite wind blades, is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to provide essential support to the HR Manager in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and employee communications
  • Facilitate requisitions and purchasing orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Ensure accurate delivery of invoices and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of HR or office experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or vocational training, with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and German, with Spanish knowledge a plus
  • Basic understanding of Labor Law and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS or HRMS & ATS Software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
