Pump Systems Application Engineer

Job Description
- Oversee and manage intricate client projects within the Oil & Gas Upstream industry
- Clarify technical and commercial specifications and design comprehensive pump systems
- Offer technical assistance during the commissioning phase and ongoing support of pump systems in partnership with clients or operators
- Collaborate closely with oil field operators to enhance NETZSCH Downhole Pump systems
- Perform evaluations and analyses of installed pumps and pump systems
- Draft technical proposals for bids
- Model oil production based on drilling and fluid data
- Facilitate technical training for customers
- Assist regional sales teams and NETZSCH representatives
- Completed technical degree, ideally in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management or sales support within custom machinery in an international context
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding of the structure and operation of rotary displacement pumps is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, responsibly, and reliably
- High degree of initiative, resilience, and adaptability
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Willingness to engage in trade shows and occasional business travel
- Proficiency in standard MS-Office applications
