About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans for equipment and facilities, ensuring timely execution of tasks and minimizing disruption to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Planning:
    • Develop and implement maintenance plans for equipment and facilities
    • Create detailed work instructions and procedures for maintenance tasks
  • Master Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate master data in the maintenance database, including equipment records and maintenance histories
  • Maintenance Scheduling:
    • Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely execution of tasks
    • Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance activities
  • Work Order Management:
    • Generate, prioritize, and manage work orders for maintenance tasks
    • Ensure work orders include all necessary information and track their progress
  • Resource Coordination:
    • Allocate resources (technicians, tools, spare parts) to ensure successful task completion
    • Monitor personnel availability and adjust plans as needed
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and ensure documentation is accurate and accessible

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering, maintenance management, or related field; alternately an apprenticeship / trade school experience in the maintenance management field
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related role within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Maintenance Management Systems and maintenance best practices is mandatory
  • Understanding of maintenance processes and systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various departments
  • Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure task completion
  • Fluent English language skills
