Marketing Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Bochum. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of established and emerging artists within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for musical releases, encompassing strategic planning, creative ideation, and performance analysis.
  • Provide expert guidance to artists and their management teams on optimal release strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of the music industry landscape.
  • Spearhead all aspects of release promotion, including advertising initiatives across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Continuously explore emerging digital marketing channels and trends to identify innovative opportunities for artist growth and brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency through the development and implementation of software solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including artists, curators, influencers, and media partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
