About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our global team of over 1,000 engineer support heroes. As a key member of our team, you will work with some of the world's leading brands, from high-street giants to energy multinationals and financial institutions.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling incidents and service requests, providing end-user support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with our project team to deliver high-quality services and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide end-user support for desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, and other devices.
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality services and support to clients.
  • Perform daily health checks on end-user devices and network-attached devices.
  • Meet room support as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Windows Desktop support.
  • Experience in Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, and Helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Mobile device management experience, including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, and Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
  • Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, rapport building, and internal customer service skills.
