Your Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, operate, monitor, and further develop the Group's SD-WAN/SD-Access network infrastructure
- Ensure the smooth operation of our network systems (firewalls, routers, switches, gateways, etc.)
- Analyze and resolve network infrastructure problems
- Process service requests and changes for the network infrastructure area
- Document the entire processing procedure
Your Profile
- Completed studies in computer science or comparable training with IT expertise
- Sound knowledge of network and infrastructure topics, such as routing and switching, quality of service, VPN
- Experience in configuration and operation of network components from the manufacturer Cisco (e.g. Cisco CCNA or comparable)
- Analytical skills to grasp and implement complex tasks
- Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting, ability to work in a team and independent work organisation
- Willingness to be on call regularly
- Good knowledge of English, German knowledge is an advantage
