Deine Rolle

Als Teamleitung SAP Retail bei adesso orange AG bist du verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Führung unseres SAP Retail-Teams. Du entwickelst und implementierst gemeinsam mit uns unsere Geschäftsstrategie und baust unser Team kontinuierlich weiter auf. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen und entwickelst unsere Kundenbeziehungen stetig weiter. Du hast Weitblick und erkennst frühzeitig neues Geschäftspotenzial, ergreifst die Initiative und bist bereit, mit uns zusammen weiteres Wachstum zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Wir wollen hoch hinaus: Umsetzung des adesso orange-Wachstumspfades durch Einstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Bindung deiner Mitarbeitenden
  • Alles im Blick: Du verfolgst den wirtschaftlichen, deckungsbeitragsorientierten Erfolg im Rahmen des adesso orange-Geschäftsmodells
  • Hands-on: Fachliche Mitarbeit in Projekten entsprechend deines Schwerpunktes z.B. als Scrum Master, Project Manager, Requirements Engineer oder Software Architect
  • Nah am Kunden: Ausbau und Betreuung unserer Retail-Kundenbeziehungen in deiner Region auf Basis des gesamten SAP-Portfolios

Deine Qualifikationen

  • In der SAP-Entwicklung, SAP-Architektur oder -Beratung hast du bereits mehrjährige Erfahrungen gesammelt
  • Du kennst IS Retail wie deine Westentasche und kannst bei uns auf deine Projekterfahrungen aus dem Handel bauen
  • Deine Mitarbeitenden oder Projektteilnehmenden schätzen dich als kompetente Führungskraft, die Teams zielorientiert auf der Basis von Motivation und Vertrauen führen kann
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau und im Führen von Teams und kannst mit unserem Recruiting-Team engagierte Mitarbeitende finden, die unternehmerisch denken und handeln
  • Zudem bringst du ein gut ausgebautes Netzwerk aus dem Handel mit, welches du gewinnbringend einsetzt
