International Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a small team to provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email
  • Independently process and review customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Capture incoming orders and coordinate logistics from order receipt to delivery
  • Assist in project management and tracking, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Oversee after-sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty


Requirements:

  • Hold a successful completion of a commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Fluency in German is a must, with excellent French language skills also required
  • Possess a friendly and confident demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably proALPHA, is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with data analysis and reporting
  • Showcase a structured, independent, and results-driven work approach, with strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Value a high level of social competence, flexibility, and engagement
