Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a small team to provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email
- Independently process and review customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Capture incoming orders and coordinate logistics from order receipt to delivery
- Assist in project management and tracking, ensuring seamless project execution
- Oversee after-sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Hold a successful completion of a commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Fluency in German is a must, with excellent French language skills also required
- Possess a friendly and confident demeanor when interacting with customers
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably proALPHA, is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with data analysis and reporting
- Showcase a structured, independent, and results-driven work approach, with strong organizational and teamwork skills
