Deine Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP-Berater MDM, der unsere Organisation bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Master Data Management-Lösungen unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Expertenwissen im Bereich Master Data Management und die Beratung in den entsprechenden Domänen.
  • Die Orchestrierung der Entwicklung und Design der Roadmap für die aktuelle S/4 HANA Digital Core Lösung inklusive der Überwachung der Implementierung und Integration mit allen relevanten Anwendungssystemen.
  • Die Förderung von Best Practices für Master Data Governance innerhalb der Organisation und die Unterstützung beim Aufbau geeigneter Prozesse und Strukturen zur Unterstützung des Geschäftsmodells.
  • Die Bewertung des externen Umfelds und die Aufzeigung von aufkommenden Technologien, um die potenziellen Auswirkungen, Bedrohungen und Chancen für das Unternehmen zu bewerten.
  • Die Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung einer schlanken Lösungsarchitektur und die Prüfung von Software- oder Datenmodellierungsdesigns, um die Sicherheit und Skalierbarkeit im Einklang mit den IT-Governance-Standards zu gewährleisten.
  • Das Management der Erwartungen der Interessengruppen hinsichtlich Lösungsbereitstellung, Anpassung von End-to-End-Prozessen und technologischer Entwicklung zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsanfragen und kontinuierlicher Lösungsoptimierung.
  • Natürliche Führung und Ressourcenmanagement. Beteiligung an Rekrutierungsprozessen, Ressourcenzuweisung und aktive Betreuung des Teams.
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Fundierte operative Erfahrung in SAP S/4 HANA MDM mit umfassenden Kenntnissen in den Kerndatenobjekten wie Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment sowie allen nachfolgenden Datenverteilungsmethoden.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis der technischen und geschäftlichen Prozesse im Bereich des SAP x-funktionalen Stammdatenmanagements.
  • Kenntnisse mit SAP Retail- oder Fashion Lösungen inklusive Projekterfahrung im Einzelhandel, E-Commerce oder in der Modebranche ist ein Plus.
  • Nachgewiesene funktionale Beratungserfahrung mit prozessorientierter Denkweise.
  • Erfahrung in einer produktorientierten Lösungsumgebung.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Englisch und die Fähigkeit, Ideen und Meinungen gegenüber Stakeholdern klar zu artikulieren.
