About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at Schmalz. As a key member of our ERP development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our global ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Development: Develop and implement new software applications and modify existing ones to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Interface Management: Ensure seamless integration and maintenance of interfaces within our system.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve business processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Training and Documentation: Provide training to users on ERP systems and create detailed program descriptions and comprehensive documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and SQL programming languages.
