Join Our Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist to join our team in Hornberg and contribute to the development of our mental health services.
About the Role
- As a senior member of our team, you will lead and supervise our multidisciplinary team, utilizing your expertise and empathy to provide exceptional patient care.
- You will be responsible for the independent medical treatment of our patients and contribute to the development of our therapy programs.
- You will work closely with our medical and psychotherapeutic teams, as well as our specialist therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
- You will also support the professional development of our junior staff and participate in our on-call service.

Requirements
- You must be a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy with a strong interest in intensive psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment concepts.
- You should have a high willingness to collaborate across professional groups, implement evidence-based treatment concepts, and engage in regular team discussions.
- You should bring a high level of engagement, strong communication skills, and a desire to develop our treatment offerings.
