Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct procurement processes, including demand analysis, market analysis, tenders, and price comparisons.
• Lead national and international price negotiations and conclude framework agreements.
• Intensify and expand supplier management, including supplier evaluation and key performance indicators.
• Develop and implement future-proof warehousing strategies.
• Optimize processes and realize cost-saving potential through global market observation.
• Develop cost-saving measures with suppliers and internal departments.
• Licenses, insurance, and raw material procurement.
• Systematic supplier relationship management to ensure favorable supplier relationships.
• Independent leadership of procurement projects.

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial education with additional qualification as a business administrator or technical business administrator or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in strategic/operational procurement with a strong technical understanding.
• Experience and knowledge in dealing with production processes, key figures, bills of materials, and cost calculation.
• Knowledge of contract law and supplier management.
• Sovereign, professional appearance with a hands-on mentality.
• High level of negotiation and communication skills, as well as assertiveness.
• Structured, precise, efficient, and result-oriented way of working.
• High level of team ability, motivation, thoroughness, and reliability.
• Safe handling of MS-Office and SAP.
• Negotiation-secure English skills in word and writing.
