We are looking for a Construction Supervisor (m/w/d) Road and Civil Engineering to join our teams at our locations in Berlin and Michendorf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction projects from planning to execution
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion
• Monitor and control project costs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with regional offices to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in construction supervision or project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
